English Business Analyst Software project management

Our ideal candidate:

Project Management:

  • – 4+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager
  • – Solid understanding of SDLC and hands-on Agile experience (Scrum / Kanban)
  • – Experience with task-tracking tools (Jira, Notion, Linear or similar) — focus on process, not administration
  • – Comfortable managing several projects simultaneously — switching context without losing grip on priorities, timelines, or client relationships
  • – Able to manage client expectations at every stage: scope, timelines, budget
  • – Able to identify, log, and proactively communicate project risks before they become problems

Business Analysis — an equal part of the role, not an add-on skill:

  • – Confident command of requirements elicitation techniques
  • – Experience independently owning requirements work: from uncovering a stakeholder’s business need to defining functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and edge cases
  • – Able to write user stories and specifications, and structure a backlog
  • – Understanding of the AS-IS / TO-BE approach and basic process modeling
  • – Able to independently own the BA function on a project — or work effectively alongside a dedicated BA, depending on the project

Product thinking:

  • – Understands the value a solution brings to the end user, not just executing a technical request
  • – Able to prioritize the backlog based on impact, not just stakeholder preference
  • – Able to challenge a request and propose a better solution when one exists

Communication & leadership:

  • – Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English — written and verbal, with real client communication experience
  • – Strong communicator — with the team and the client alike; builds trust, resolves conflicts constructively
  • – Proactive, structured, self-driven — sets goals for yourself and the team, follows through; equally effective leading a team of 1 as coordinating a team of 15

AI literacy — required:

  • – Practical experience using AI tools in your workflow (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI, Copilot, or similar)
  • – Use AI to accelerate PM tasks: meeting summaries, status reports, risk logs, client briefs
  • – Use AI to accelerate BA tasks: generating user stories, analyzing requirements, preparing stakeholder questions
  • – Ability to write clear, effective prompts — treating AI like a junior collaborator, not a magic button
  • – Know where human judgment is irreplaceable — stakeholder trust, ambiguity resolution, conflict management
  • – Comfortable working with dat

Nice to have:

  • – Portfolio of delivered projects — especially with measurable outcomes
  • – Experience building or optimizing AI-assisted project workflows from scratch
  • – Familiarity with AI prototyping or no-code tools (Zapier, Make, Notion AI automations)
  • – Basic Figma / wireframing skills for better communication with the design team
  • – Basic SQL skills for data analysis

We offer:

  • – A genuinely diverse project portfolio: e-commerce, healthcare, logistics, education, and more — from long-term product partnerships to short-term (1–2 month) engagements. If you get bored doing the same thing twice, you’ll fit right in
  • – A strong team — most of our specialists are Middle and Senior level
  • – A low-bureaucracy environment with direct communication and fast decision-making
  • – A supportive and respectful environment where people truly matter
  • – Flexible working hours: start your day anytime between 8 AM and 11 AM and work 8 hours
  • – Fully remote — work from anywhere in Ukraine or abroad
  • – Paid vacation and sick leave — no bureaucracy or paperwork
  • – English courses covered by the company (with a full-time English tutor)
  • – Corporate equipment
  • – Open-minded management that values ideas and initiative
  • – A culture that supports your professional growth, autonomy, and development
  • – Fair compensation that grows with your skills and experience

Our hiring process is designed to help us get to know each other better and understand if we’re a good match:

  • Step 1 — Recruiter interview
    • – Introduction, discussion of your experience and expectations, and a closer look at our team and culture
  • Step 2 — Technical interview
    • – We’ll explore how you think, approach problems, and work with information — across both PM and BA contexts
  • Step 3 (optional) — Meeting with stakeholders
    • – A deeper conversation about collaboration and project expectations
