Required Skills:

  • – Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English is a must (excellent written and verbal);
  • – Work experience in Account Management/Sales in IT — would be a plus;
  • – Strong communication and analytical skills;
  • – Sociability and empathy: you must understand the real needs of the lead and want to help them by providing the best solution;
  • – Basic understanding of the IT industry, including processes and services (UI/UX design, front-end, back-end, QA, DevOps);
  • – Practical experience in using personalized prospecting methods, such as cold reach outs and searching through various social media (LinkedIn, etc.) — would be a plus;
  • – High level of self-motivation and responsibility;
  • – Know how to understand what your clients need and present to them exactly what they need;
  • – Ability to research and approach the lead generation process creatively.

Responsibilities:

  • – Proactively prospect and close clients through cold/warm outreach;
  • – Create and test strategies to increase the company’s client base;
  • – Prepare proposals and negotiate with leads and clients;
  • – Analyze sales activities and identify opportunities for business development;
  • – Development and maintenance of positive and trusting relationships with existing clients;
  • – Negotiate contracts, NDAs, and payments with clients;
  • – Negotiations with clients, determination of their business needs, support in presales;
  • – Participate in lead generation by testing new customer search channels;
  • – Manage lead records in CRM;
  • – Collaborate with the management team on business development;
  • – Communication with project manager, development team (TL) and BA team;
  • – Share knowledge within the sales team and discuss ways to improve the sales process.
